You can subscribe to Joybox by creating an account using your mobile number and then entering the OTP you receive via SMS.
How can I play a game?
Once you are inside a game click the “Play” button to start playing the game. The game will open in a new window.
How much does it cost to join Joybox ?
In order to play games in Joybox you need to subscribe to the Joybox daily package at AED.3 + tax per day chargeable to your mobile phone. Once you are subscribed you can play any games on Joybox.
I have forgotten my password. How do I get it back ?
If you have forgotten your login password you can click the “Forgot password” option in the below screen and request for a new password by entering your registered number. You will receive a new password via SMS.
How can I unsubscribe from the service ?
Login to Joybox. Then click “My Account” > “Dashboard” and click the “Unsubscribed” button.
